Former Manchester City midfielder Michael Brown believes the title race is still "massively open", despite Pep Guardiola's side having the chance to move ahead of Arsenal with a win at Burnley in midweek.
"With the fixtures yet still yet to be organised, there's still a lot of different scenarios that can play out," he told BBC Radio 5 Live Breakfast.
"We saw Declan Rice saying it's not over and not done and I certainly believe that.
"Pep Guardiola and his Manchester City side will respect every single game - there's some tough ones along the way. Away from home too where City haven't been their best this season. Everyone is saying now they're back to their best and are going to go on an unbelievable run but there are still things there to be improved on.
"They are in their stride, they're in the mix. If you'd have said that a few months ago, or even a few weeks ago, when certain games we're getting thrown away you'd have said no chance of that. It's Arsenal who have let them back in unfortunately for them.
"It would be shame if Mikel Arteta, with the run and record he has had, ends without a title but you're coming up against Guardiola.
"It leaves it massively open, it's not done. The last few games depend on who you catch at the right time. Some will already be on the beach.
"It's fascinating and it's great that we have a proper title race."
