Norwich City manager Philippe Clement hailed his side's new maturity after they beat Derby County 2-1 at Carrow Road.
Clement liked the way the Canaries did not panic when Mohamed Toure missed an early penalty and then Derby equalised in the second half after the home side had dominated.
Toure opened the scoring with his ninth goal in 10 Norwich appearances before Liam Gibbs bagged the winner with his first goal in three years.
A delighted Clement told BBC Radio Norfolk: "I'm happy with the result, I'm happy with the first half. We should have scored more goals there. We missed the penalty also and we had total control of the game.
"We had really, really big chances to kill off the game, but we didn't do that and they came back. But our reaction was good and that's been one of the key things from the last few months that the team is not panicking anymore when things go against us. We keep doing the job and keep on going.
"With Toure, he missed the penalty, but he has the right mindset to look for the next action and we've been working hard on that since the beginning of our story together.
"I'm really happy that the players are getting their rewards for that."
Philippe Clement highlighted the team's maturity and composure during the match, especially after facing challenges like a missed penalty and an equalizer.
Mohamed Toure scored the first goal, and Liam Gibbs secured the win with the second goal, marking his first in three years.
Norwich City maintained their composure and did not panic after Derby County equalized, ultimately leading to their victory.
