Woodaz was selected by the Houston Texas with the 123rd overall pick in the fourth round of the draft on Saturday in Pittsburgh.
The Tampa, Florida native finished his Clemson career with 200 tackles (109 solo), 28.5 TFL, 9.0 sacks, three interceptions and 13 pass breakups in four seasons between 2022-25.
This past season, Woodaz started all 12 games during the regular season and finished with 70 tackles (43 solo), 7.0 TFL, a half-sack, and four pass breakups. He made a season-high 11 tackles (seven solo) in Clemson's 27-16 win over the Troy Trojans in Week 2 on Sept. 6.
Woodaz is the seventh Clemson player selected overall in the 2026 NFL draft. Offensive tackle Blake Miller was drafted 17th overall in the first round by the Detroit Lions, and defensive tackle Peter Woods joined Miller among Day 1 picks when the Kansas City Chiefs took him 29th overall.
