On Sunday, despite the injury, Rhodes made an appearance at a meet-and-greet with fans and showed off the damage that was done.

According to WWE, there is currently no timetable for Rhodes’ return to the ring.
“Afterwards, Rhodes needed three sutures to the face and four staples to the back of the head,” WWE’s Jackie Redmond reported before Night 2. “As for the Punt that you just showed from Randy Orton, the impact to Cody’s orbital socket was so severe that his eye is still completely shut. So again, Rhodes is not medically cleared, and his timetable to return is up in the air.”
