Colorado basketball has secured its first transfer for the 2026 offseason, North Dakota State center Noah Feddersen. The 6-foot-10 player averaged 9.3 points and five rebounds last season and was named the Summit League Sixth Man of the Year.
Colorado men's basketball program landed its first transfer addition of the 2026 offseason on Thursday evening.
North Dakota State center Noah Feddersen announced his intentions to transfer to the Buffs, with the program officially confirming his arrival with a post on Friday morning.
The 6-foot-10 center averaged 9.3 points and five rebounds while shooting 51.5% from the field in 2025. He was the Summit League Sixth Man of the Year, helping the Bison make their first NCAA Tournament since 2019.
"Noah has experience, and to me, most importantly, he's got experience for a winning program, and he has produced," head coach Tad Boyle said in a press release. "He got really good skills for a big guy. He can put the ball on the floor, he can shoot it and he understands the game. He's got a great feel, which is something that's hard to coach, so we're really excited about him and he's going to be a key component for our team next year."
Fedderson was originally a starter for NDSU but moved to the bench after the first 15 games of the year. He became a key piece off the bench, but played more minutes than any other big man on the roster.
Boyle and Colorado still have five more roster spots to fill, with at least one of those destined to be another big.
