Papers: Liverpool weighing up summer swoop for Barcola
Liverpool is considering a summer transfer for Bradley Barcola, with PSG also interested.
Colorado Buffaloes have two legitimate NFL draft prospects for the 2027 draft: wide receiver Danny Scudero and safety Boo Carter. Both players are expected to be key contributors in the upcoming season.

The Colorado Buffaloes were one of 10 Power Four programs without an NFL draft pick in 2026. It was not surprising, considering the Buffs went 3-9 last season and were completely devoid of NFL talent. Going into the 2026 season and the 2027 NFL Draft, that should be a different story.
CBS Sports released its top 2027 draft prospects for all 10 programs with a draft pick this year. For Colorado, the article listed two players who could be drafted next year: wide receiver Danny Scudero, a transfer from San Jose State, and safety Boo Carter from Tennessee.
Both players would be coming off their first year as Buffs, but both have been highly productive players in their college careers so far. Scudero and Carter are arguably the two biggest players on offense and defense, respectively, heading into the 2026 season. Outstanding seasons from them likely mean a winning season for Colorado.
Here's what CBS Sports writer Cody Nagel wrote about the two could-be draft picks:
The offense does get a boost with the addition of Danny Scudero, who arrives from San Jose State after leading the FBS in receiving production. He immediately slots in as the most productive, proven pass catcher on the roster and gives Colorado a legitimate 2027 NFL Draft candidate if the production translates to a Power Four stage. Former Tennessee defensive back Boo Carter is another high-upside transfer for the Buffaloes secondary, a versatile piece that Deion Sanders has spoken highly of this spring.
Even with slightly less productive seasons, I do think Scudero and Carter have already built up enough of a pedigree to get selected at some point. As Nagel writes, Scudero's elite production from last season translating to the Big 12 level would make him a bona fide first-round prospect.
Colorado is a whole football season away from the draft, but it is worth noting that the Buffs' talent level is already considered significantly higher than last year's.

Danny Scudero plays as a wide receiver, while Boo Carter plays as a safety.
Colorado had a disappointing 2026 season, finishing with a 3-9 record and lacking NFL talent.
