Conor Benn has already named the ideal opponent for his next fight, and Dana White seems happy to make it happen.
Benn caused quite a stir when he left Eddie Hearn to sign a one-fight, $15 million deal with Zuffa Boxing. That was before he picked up his most recent win over Regis Prograis on Tyson Furyâs comeback card in Riyadh.
Just six days after that victory, Benn signed a multi-fight extension with Dana Whiteâs promotion and is now part of their long-term plans. He didnât waste any time making his intentions clear either, calling out one of the biggest names in the sport immediately after putting pen to paper.
And thereâs more than just a little bit of history between them as well.

In an interview on Friday, Conor Benn was asked who heâd like to face next, but he didnât give a clear answer at first.
He told sports reporter Stephen A. Smith: âWhoever wants it can get it.â
However, when pressed for a specific name, he responded: âRyan Garcia can get it next.â
Dana White was then asked if Garcia is the right choice for Bennâs next opponent. The UFC CEO backed the idea.
âI agree with everything he said,â White replied. âThatâs why Iâm in the business, right now, to make the fights people want to see.â
Earlier this year, Ryan Garcia picked up a world title with a points win over Mario Barrios at 147 lbs.
Garcia recently spoke about his next fight, telling FightHype: âItâs going to be in August.â
Conor Benn expressed his desire to fight Ryan Garcia immediately after signing a multi-fight deal with Zuffa Boxing.
Conor Benn's initial deal with Zuffa Boxing is worth $15 million for one fight.
