Daniel Jeremiah thinks University of Pittsburgh linebacker Kyle Louis could be a sneaky Day 2 draft pick for the Seattle Seahawks this week. In the latest episode of the Bootleg Football Podcast with Brett Kollman and EJ Snyder, Jeremiah comes on as a guest and speaks on âtweenerâ type defensive players who donât fit one positionâs prototype to a T, but have a skill set that can be utilized in multiple. I think they would love to have somebody else that can occupy that spot that can really cover when they get in certain situations as well. Thatâs why Iâm like, man, is the league gonna allow Kyle Louis to somehow get to Seattle in this whole thing? Louis put up perhaps the best one-on-one coverage session for a linebacker in Senior Bowl history. With Seattleâs close ties to the Senior Bowl a main reason why they drafted Grey Zabel and Elijah Arroyo last year, it shouldnât be surprising to see them go back to that well.
