Despite being mired in a prolonged offensive slump, Crow-Armstrong on Wednesday announced a deal to join the New Balance marketing stable. On March 26, Hamill finalized a six-year, $115 million contract extension for his uber-athletic client.
Representing CCA, Hamill negotiated the two lucrative deals with Crow-Armstrong entering Wednesday's series finale at the Philadelphia Phillies with a .221 batting average and .264 on-base percentage. He has one home run and five RBI.
Still, officials from the NL franchise and international company remained confident Crow-Anderson would prove to be a worthy investment.

After finishing 1-for-17 last season, Crow-Armstrong had yet to spark the Cubs' offense in 2026. Dating back to Aug. 2, 2025, he compiled a .190 batting average and a .237 OBP, ranking among the worst of 149 qualified batters during that stretch.
