And whilst doing all of this, they have been sacking manager after manager, pinning full blame onto them instead of taking any accountability themselves. This is one of the biggest things that Chelsea fans have been so furious about in recent times under this ownership.
The players have had as little as 6% rises, whilst some on the board have had as much as 80%. Staggering really.

According to a report from The Sun, Chelsea chiefs handed themselves massive pay rises last season, despite suffering record losses. Executives took home nearly 80 per cent more than the previous year, and directors enjoyed a hike of almost 60 per cent – while other staff, including players, were paid only six per cent more.
The newly-released accounts of Chelsea FC Holdings Limited, the immediate parent company of the football club, reveal “key management personnel” received a total of £10,593,000 in the 2024-5 campaign – a massive leap from £5,893,000 the previous season.
