The Lions have agreed to terms with at least three of their seven draft picks: defensive linemen Derrick Moore, Skyler Gill-Howard and Tyre West.

Moore, whose signing was reported by KPRC-TV in Houston, is expected to compete for a rotational role at defensive end this fall. He had a career-high 10 sacks last season at Michigan, and the Lions traded up six spots to take him with the 44th overall pick in the second round of April's draft.
Gill-Howard, a sixth-round pick No. 205 overall, will compete for a backup job at defensive tackle after starting six games last fall at Texas Tech. Gill-Howard started his college career at Upper Iowa and played three seasons at Northern Illinois before finishing his career with the Red Raiders. He missed the second half of last year with an ankle injury.
West, the Lions' seventh-round pick No. 222 overall, also should compete for a job as a sub-package pass rusher. He had 10 sacks in 48 games at .

According to OverTheCap.com's rookie pool estimates, Moore's deal is worth about $11.5 million and includes an $4.9 million signing bonus, Gill-Howard's deal is worth $4.65 million and includes a signing bonus of $267,928, and West's deal is worth $4.55 million and includes a signing bonus of $170,228.
Moore's deal is full guaranteed, according to KPRC.
