Following precisely three months on the treatment table, the 32-year-old is back in the squad and hoping to make an appearance tomorrow.
Di Lorenzo played in 32 competitive games for Napoli so far this season, contributing a goal and three assists.
The only major doubt expected for Conte in tomorrow’s starting XI is between Sam Beukema and Matias Olivera in defence.
Juan Jesus had been the first choice in the back three until recently, but has dropped down the pecking order.
