After a series win over Boston College last weekend, North Carolina returned home to face off against Clemson at the Bosh. It was going to be another tough test for the Tar Heels, but like against the Eagles, North Carolina was able to pick up a series win.

Clemson scored four runs in the bottom of the fifth inning and never looked back. They added two runs in both the sixth and seventh innings, as well as the Tar Heels' rally fell short.

From there, the two teams battled until the Tar Heels plated two runs on a fielder's choice and an error to grab a 6-4 lead in the 14th. UNC held on to get the win in extras.
Unlike the first two games, North Carolina jumped out to the lead in the series finale. The Tar Heels scored two in the first inning when Gavin Gallaher hit a two-run home run. From there, it was all Tar Heels as they scored five in the fourth inning, two in the fifth and then one run each in the sixth, seventh, and eighth innings.
Owen Hull led the way, going 5-for-6 with a double, a home run, five RBIs, and two runs scored.
