With the complete 2026 NFL schedule being released on Thursday night, some of the focus is at last being shifted away from the affair scandal surrounding New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel and former insider Dianna Russini.
The conversation will likely still linger into the new season, however, and on Thursday, one of Russini's former colleagues addressed the matter.
Chase Daniel, who co-hosted the "Scoop City" podcast with Russini until March, talked about the controversy during an appearance on "The Jim Rome Show."
"Look, thatās something thatās just unfortunate in many different ways. And we havenāt really chatted about it," Daniel said. "We havenāt done any of that, so Iām going to leave that there. Thatās their business. It has turned into quite the assignment of everything, itās like TMZ is covering it, the Wall Street Journal, all these things are covering it, so Iām sure sheāll land on her feet somewhere and thatās all Iāll really say about that."
