Hannah Stuelke is one of the most well-known Iowa Hawkeyes in recent women's basketball memory, including time spent playing with superstar Caitlin Clark.
Stuelke's college career is over, though. She was eligible for the WNBA Draft on Monday night.
The 6-foot-2 forward from Cedar Rapids, Iowa was coming off a final college season in which she averaged 13.4 points and 9.0 rebounds per game.
Stuelke also put up 2.9 assists and 1.3 steals per game.
She shot 53.6% from the floor (and was a career 56.3% shooter in her four-year college career).
That didn't lead to the WNBA fate she wanted.
No, Stuelke wasn't picked in the 2026 WNBA Draft.
The action came and went with her still available.
Stuelke, while a solid college player, doesn't necessarily have one particular calling card.
She's not super tall, and she also struggles shooting from the outside (22.5% from 3-point range).
For a frontcourt player, Stuelke also made no impact as a shot blocker in college.
She'll probably get a chance in a training camp, but nothing more at the moment.
Fans of Iowa are hoping the Indiana Fever (with Clark) are the ones who give Stuelke a chance.
Hannah Stuelke is eligible for the WNBA Draft, but her draft status has not been confirmed yet.
In her final college season, Stuelke averaged 13.4 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.3 steals per game.
While both players were key figures for the Iowa Hawkeyes, Stuelke's statistics were notable, but Caitlin Clark is often regarded as the standout star of the team.
