Manchester United had some familiar faces back at the club before their massive victory at the weekend.
The Red Devils secured Champions League football in the sweetest way by defeating Liverpool 3-2 at Old Trafford.
Diego Forlan, who was signed from Independiente in 2001, spent three and a half seasons at the club.
He played 98 times, scoring 17 goals. He would later go on to have much more success in Spain, first with Villarreal and then later with Atletico Madrid.
His career highlight was winning the Golden Boot at the 2010 World Cup with Uruguay.
Brazilian twins, Rafael and Fabio Da Silva, also joined the club straight from South America.
They joined the youth team in 2008 from Fluminense, with Rafael scoring five goals in 170 matches and his brother Fabio scoring three times in 56 matches.
Manchester United won the match against Liverpool 3-2.
Diego Forlan and other former stars participated in the nostalgic return.

The club’s website reports that, “Michael Carrick and the Manchester United players were visited by no fewer than three fan favourites on Saturday morning.”
What’s more, “Diego Forlan and the Da Silva twins, Fabio and Rafael, all returned to Carrington on the eve of Sunday’s Old Trafford blockbuster against Liverpool.”
The Brazilian duo were teammates with Carrick under Sir Alex Ferguson in a trophy-laden period for the club.
Forlan scored a famous brace against Liverpool at Anfield in 2002, and Rafael also grabbed a sensational strike in 2012 at the same ground.
The former Uruguayan striker was seen speaking with his compatriot Manuel Ugarte, and the Da Silva twins were with their former teammate and now coach, Jonny Evans.
The Red Devils will next be in action against Sunderland on Saturday, where they will hope to secure third place for themselves.
