FOND DU LAC – The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders will upgrade Herr-Baker Field with a new AstroTurf playing surface for the 2026 season.
The project is a collaboration with Marian University and community partners, according to a community announcement.
New food and beverage options
The Dock Spiders will also introduce several new food and beverage options for the 2026 season. Salmon’s Meat Products, a Wisconsin-based meat producer, will be the official sausage provider for the team. The menu will feature “Bratchos,” which are nachos topped with brat coins. Local craft beer from Fond du Lac Beer Company and Hoya Hop House will also be available, along with wine from Slugger Wine Company and coffee from Farmer Brothers Coffee.
