Fresh off of three consecutive series wins, the Los Angeles Dodgers will host the New York Mets at Dodger Stadium this week.
The three-game set begins Monday at 7:10 p.m. PT, and will begin with one of the most anticipated giveaways of the season every year: Hello Kitty Night.
LA won two of three games against the Texas Rangers over the weekend, dropping the final game of the series Sunday. Neither of their wins came easy, either, as their win Friday came via walk-off home run from Max Muncy and they squeaked by with a 6-3 victory on Saturday.

The top of the Dodgers rotation makes a return for their series against the Mets, though not until the second game of the series. Justin Wrobleski makes his second start of the year in the opening game of the set, and will look to log his second win of the season after his triumph in Toronto last week.
Yoshinobu Yamamoto starts the second game of the series, heading into the game with a 2-1 record and a 2.50 ERA through his first three starts of the year.
Finally, Shohei Ohtani will look to keep his good form in 2026 rolling in the third game of the series (which happens to be Jackie Robinson Day), as heâs yet to allow an earned run through either of his two starts this season.
The Mets are off to a poor start to the season by their standards, and currently sit last in the NL East with a 7-9 record.
The Athletics swept them in a series over the weekend, shutting their flaccid offense out twice over the three-game stretch. $700 million man Juan Soto is currently on the injured list with a calf issue, and their other established superstar Francisco Lindor is in the middle of a terrible slump to kick off the season.
With the Dodgersâ recent run of form as well as their overall quality, they should be able to dispatch the Mets fairly easily in this seriesâbut anything can happen.
