Justin Wrobleski is making his sixth start of the season for the Dodgers, and will look to keep his sizzling start to the season going as the LA looks to win consecutive series. Wrobleski has been one of the Dodgers’ best starters this season, posting a 1.25 ERA through 36 innings pitched.
The Dodgers are yet to lose a game in which Wrobleski starts, and will hope to keep that trend going on Sunday.
Designated Hitter Shohei Ohtani will bat first, followed by first baseman Freddie Freeman. Center fielder Andy Pages will bat third for the team following another impactful performance on Saturday. Right fielder Kyle Tucker bats cleanup for the Dodgers, followed by third baseman Max Muncy.
Alex Call replaces Teoscar Hernandez as the left fielder and will bat sixth, and Dalton Rushing takes over Will Smith’s catching spot to bat seventh. Hyeseong Kim will bat eighth, followed by second baseman Alex Freeland.
Bryce Elder will take the mound for the Braves, and—similarly to Wrobleski—will look to maintain his string of strong performances on the mound. Elder has a 2.02 ERA through 49 innings pitched this season, striking out 45 batters.
He has been one of the Braves’ best pitchers, and the Dodgers have a tall task ahead of them in taking him down. First pitch for the series finale comes at 1:10 p.m. PT.
