Just four days after signing an NFL contract, a Miami Dolphins rookie has decided to retire.

On May 8, the Dolphins announced the signing of 11 undrafted free agents, and among them was former Texas A&M running back Le’Veon Moss.

However, on Tuesday, the Dolphins announced that Moss has been placed on the reserve/retired list.

Moss’ retirement comes just days after the Dolphins took part in rookie minicamp on May 8 and 9, where the Texas A&M product was in attendance.

Moss spent his entire collegiate career with the Aggies, tallying 1,767 rushing yards and 22 touchdowns while adding 24 catches for 236 yards over four years.
