With the 2026 NFL Draft finally here, it’s time to map out my ideal three-round scenario for the Philadelphia Eagles. As it currently stands, the Eagles hold four selections in the first three rounds: No. 23, 54, 68, and 98 overall. Here is how I utilized those picks on Pro Football Network's mock draft simulator.

Round 1, Pick 31 — Max Iheanachor, OT, Arizona State
Ironically enough, the New England Patriots offered picks #31 and #63 to move up eight spots. That deal was too tempting to decline, and Iheanachor was there waiting for me. Lane Johnson will be 36 years old next month, and the Eagles need to find his successor sooner rather than later.
GM Howie Roseman loves to address the trenches early, and he likely won't be going away from that philosophy this year. Iheanachor is a tremendous athlete who can refine his skills while studying behind a future Hall of Famer.
An ascending, traits-heavy tackle prospect, Iheanachor is a former high school hooper and late-comer to football. He has good length and excellent lean mass. His hands and footwork need refinement, but his range and play strength should translate to any run scheme. There is work to do with pass-protection technique, but strong performances against Texas Tech’s rush duo last season and at the Senior Bowl suggest Iheanachor might be more game-ready than I previously anticipated. In a year light on high-end tackles, Iheanachor’s measurables, athleticism and upside could push him up the board.

Round 2, Pick 54 — Malachi Lawrence, EDGE, UCF
The Eagles were one of several teams to host Lawrence on a pre-draft visit, so they clearly have interest. 6-foot-4, 247 pounds with a 4.52 40-time, Lawrence has impressive lateral quickness for a player his size. With Jaelan Philips departing in free agency, Philly's defense will need another premier edge-rusher to rotate with Nolan Smith, Jalyx Hunt, and newcomer Arnold Ebiketie.
Lawrence's draft stock has seemingly risen to a first-round projection. Grabbing him in the second round would be incredible value.
Round 2, Pick 63 (via NE) — A.J. Haulcy, S, LSU
Second-year player Andrew Mukuba will be one of the Eagles' starting safeties in 2026; the spot across from him is undetermined. A.J. Haulcy is everything Vic Fangio loves in a football player. He has an NFL-ready frame, great instincts, and is a downhill thumper who thrives against the run.
Haulcy's eight interceptions and 12 pass breakups over the last two seasons proves he's a natural ballhawk, and the perfect fit for Fangio's zone-heavy scheme.
Haulcy is an experienced and productive safety with a good blend of size and speed. He’s at his best when he can read receivers and quarterbacks in off coverage and zone looks. He’s quick to trigger, breaks well on the ball, and jumps routes. He can sort out route combinations and has enough range to cover a deep half. He is a physical presence and a big hitter in coverage.
Round 3, Pick 68 — Skyler Bell, WR, UConn
Skyler Bell will be a mismatch nightmare in the NFL. His production speaks for itself: Bell ranked 4th in the FBS in receptions (101), second in receiving yards (1,278), and third in touchdowns (13). He was equally effective inside and outside at all three levels, a skillset the Eagles will need if A.J. Brown is indeed traded.
While he is considered undersized (5-foot-11, 190 pounds), Bell consistently beat press coverage and has stellar body control along the sideline. He should be an instant contributor from Day 1.
If there is anything the Tariq Woolen signing taught us, it's that Howie Roseman no longer wants a revolving door at CB2. Woolen is only on a one-year deal, however, and Igbinosun could be the long-term solution alongside Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean.
Igbinosun has an intriguing blend of length and speed, making him an imposing defender against man coverage. He can be too physical at times, evidenced by the excessive penalties, but Igbinosun is one of the more polished corners in this class. He broke up 22 passes and logged four interceptions while starting all 43 games for Ohio State over the last three seasons.
