Rumours of a boxing match between Eddie Hearn and Dana White emerged last month as tensions between the two promoters escalated after White entered the boxing market with Zuffa Boxing.
White previously revealed that Turki Alalshikh had explored the possibility of making the fight happen, despite downplaying it.
However, another player has now entered the picture. Misfits Boxing have reportedly made a financial move to turn the rivalry into a real event.

Hearn confirmed that Misfits Boxing have already tabled a major offer for both men to settle their feud in the ring.
They would earn $10 million each, but the British promoter believes they are worth more, despite praising the proposal.
“I would actually really like to go and do a training camp. The problem would come in the actual fight, when I have to walk down the steps and get in the ring and actually have a fight. But I think that’s the beauty of it,” he began by saying to EssentiallySports.
“He’s pretty useless as well I would imagine, I’ve seen him spar. He’s probably not as useless as me. I’ve got a little bit of a size advantage, a little bit of youth.”
“But you know, Misfits have offered us 10 million each so far. It’s a nice start, but you got to take that up significantly. I mean, we do massive numbers.”
“I’m ready for it. I’m not ready to give you the entertainment of me getting knocked out, but I’m ready for the challenge.”
The exact financial details of Misfits Boxing's bid have not been disclosed, but it is described as significant.
The conflict stems from Dana White's entry into the boxing market with Zuffa Boxing, which has escalated tensions between the two promoters.
Turki Alalshikh is reportedly exploring the possibility of making the fight happen, although Dana White has downplayed the situation.

White has recently played down the possibility of facing Hearn in a boxing match. He suggested he is too old to seriously consider stepping into the ring. Meanwhile, he continued to criticise the Briton.
The UFC boss also claimed neither of them would belong on a proper fight card alongside professional fighters.
Hearn, at 46, is ten years younger than White. That age difference could offer him a physical advantage if the fight were ever agreed.
