BLOOMINGTON â Waffle House is opening a new location in Baltimore.
The Ravens drafted Indiana football receiver Elijah Sarratt with the No. 115 pick in the fourth round of the 2026 NFL Draft on Saturday afternoon.
Indiana fans embraced Sarrattâs âWaffle Houseâ nickname as he came through with one clutch reception after another for the Hoosiers. Heâs the first IU receiver drafted since Denver selected Cory Latimer in the second round of the 2014 draft.
Sarratt is responsible for some of the most memorable catches in program history. He caught game-winners in back-to-back weeks against Iowa and Oregon that put Indiana on a path to the title game in Miami.
The chemistry he developed with Fernando Mendoza fueled IUâs offensive efficiency, and the back-shoulder throws between the two became a near-unstoppable weapon for the Hoosiers. He came through with Indianaâs lone touchdown in the Big Ten title game against Ohio State on that very same play call.
Sarratt, who earned second-team All-Big Ten honors in 2025, received all-conference honors in each of his four collegiate seasons.

Sarratt received an NFL combine invite, but waited to do his testing until IUâs Pro Day. The receiver posted a 4.53-second 40-yard dash, 33.5-inch vertical jump, 10-foot, 4-inch broad jump and 7.01-second 3-cone drill. He had a 6.30 Relative Athletic Score, a metric that evaluates NFL prospects by comparing their athletic ability to historical data for their specific position. The score ranked 1,544 out of 4,196 wide receivers tested going back to 1987.
