Rodriguez, New York's third-ranked prospect on MLB Pipeline, will make his Major League debut on the road against the Texas Rangers.

Garcia, now 26, made his big league debut at 21 years and 103 days old in 2020. Once a highly touted prospect, the right-hander last pitched in the Majors in 2024 with the Chicago White Sox and posted a 4.84 ERA across parts of three seasons (10 games) with the Yankees.
In four starts at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Rodriguez posted a 1.27 ERA with a .171 batting average against in 21.1 innings.
The Yankees acquired him from the Boston Red Sox in exchange for catcher Carlos Narvaez in December 2024.
