Everton have been closely monitoring PSV Eindhoven winger Esmir Bajraktarevic for a long time, according to Bosnian outlet Sport Sport.
Everton manager David Moyes wants to bolster his attack at the Hill Dickinson Stadium club, and the American-born PSV star is on the Toffeesā radar.
The Blues watched Bajraktarevic during the World Cup qualifiers as the 21-year-old helped Bosnia and Herzegovina qualify for the summer tournament.
Everton have also regularly scouted the ātechnically gifted and skillfulā winger at club level, but they could face competition from AFC Bournemouth for his services.
While Bajraktarevic is currently valued at around ā¬5 million, PSV could look to earn more if they decide to sell āthe Milwaukee Messiā after the World Cup.
The right winger has two goals and two assists in 25 Eredivisie appearances so far this term and can also play as a number 9.
However, Everton have yet to make a final decision as the Bosnian has yet to force his way into the starting XI of the Dutch club, starting just five games in 29 games so far this term.
Everton aims to bolster their attacking options, and Bajraktarevic is seen as a valuable addition.
