Tim Patrick is poised to play a 10th season in the NFL.

The veteran wide receiver has agreed to terms on a deal with the New York Jets, according to a report from ESPN's Rich Cimini. New York will mark Patrick's sixth NFL team and his fourth team in as many years.

Patrick (6-5, 210 pounds) originally entered the league as an undrafted free agent out of Utah with the Baltimore Ravens in 2017. After being cut by Baltimore, Patrick had a brief stint with the San Francisco 49ers during preseason before landing on the Denver Broncos' practice squad in October of his rookie year.

After two years as a rotational receiver, Patrick emerged as a starter from 2020-2021, hauling in 104 catches for 1,475 yards and 11 touchdowns in those two seasons (31 games).

Patrick then missed all of the 2022 and 2023 campaigns with ACL and Achilles injuries. After the receiver recovered in 2024, the Broncos attempted to trade him. After failing to find a trade partner, Denver released Patrick and he landed with the Detroit Lions. After one year in Detroit, Patrick spent last season with the Jacksonville Jaguars, totaling 15 receptions for 187 yards and three touchdowns.

The 32-year-old receiver now heads to the Jets with 191 catches, 2,590 yards and 18 TDs on his résumé.
