The Atlanta Falcons made several roster moves following their rookie minicamp, signing four players and releasing four others on Monday afternoon. The team signed defensive tackle Ross Blacklock, offensive lineman Brandon Walton, guard Layden Robinson and linebacker Daveren Rayner.
Blacklock, Walton and Robinson are veterans who tried out at the Falcons rookie minicamp, while Rayner is an undrafted free agent out of Kentucky with the kind of versatility that defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich likes in his linebackers.
In corresponding moves, the Falcons released undrafted tight end Brandon Frazier, running back Carlos Washington Jr., wide receiver Deven Thompkins and defensive tackle Ben Stille from the roster. Frazier signed with Atlanta after the draft while the other three were with the team last season.
