Pakistan captain Fatima Sana walked out to bat and tore apart the Zimbabwean bowling attack on Friday at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi.
She took just 15 balls to reach his half-century, which saw her score the fastest half-century ever recorded in Women's Twenty20 Internationals.
Fatima came to the crease with the scoreboard at 152 for 4. She cleared the boundary eight times and twice over it, finishing with eight fours and two sixes on her way to the milestone.
Before Friday, three players shared the top spot on the all-time list for fastest fifties in Women's T20Is. New Zealand's Sophie Devine had reached the milestone off 18 balls against India back in 2015.
Australia's Phoebe Litchfield matched that figure against West Indies in 2023, and India's Richa Ghosh equalled it during a match against the same opponents in 2024.

The previous record for the fastest fifty in women's T20 internationals was jointly held by Sophie Devine, Phoebe Litchfield, and Smriti Mandhana.
