The Las Vegas Raiders announced their 2026 schedule on Thursday, via X. To no surprise, the top pick in this year's NFL Draft, and Raiders' quarterback, Fernando Mendoza headlined the announcement.
The former Indiana Hoosiers' quarterback and 2025 Heisman Trophy winner appears in the video alongside fellow Raiders' quarterback Kirk Cousins. The Raiders' media team gives a not-so-subtle nod to 2018 film, Step Brothers featuring Will Ferrell. From the introduction between quarterbacks, to the locker room interactions; it was an eerily similar and accurate homage to the film.

Mendoza will be accompanied in Vegas by three of his former teammates from the Hoosiers' national championship team, all who joined the team as undrafted free agents: wide receivers Jonathan Brady and E.J. Williams Jr., as well as running back Roman Hemby.
