Lakers' Reaves could return for game three against Rockets
Austin Reaves is 'questionable' for game three against the Suns as Lakers lead series 2-0.
The Seattle Seahawks are finalizing their strategy for the 32nd pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, focusing on prospects Jermod McCoy and Keylan Rutledge. Both players are seen as exciting options that could significantly enhance the team's roster.
With under three hours till the beginning of the 2026 NFL Draft, here are my final predictions for the Seattle Seahawks with the 32nd pick.
Iāve narrowed down my board to my two favorite prospects for the pick that are both realistic and exciting, and who I believe would be worth staying at No. 32 to pick. Those two choices are Jermod McCoy and Keylan Rutledge.
McCoy is a top 10-talent in the entire draft who the Seahawks might only have a shot at because of injuries. He represents the most upside possible with the last choice of the first round, something teams in that spot rarely have a chance at. I could only pass up the chance to pick him there and add to the Seahawksā secondary if one other player was available.
While McCoy seems to be at risk of āfallingā on draft night, Rutledgeās name has been buzzing the past two weeks as ārisingā into the first round. The Seahawks have been as satisfied with taking Grey Zabel in the first last year as any other first-rounder in recent memory. If Rutledge is available, I think heās a canāt-miss upgrade. The idea of Rutledge and Zabel as the guard tandem, the massively underrated Jalen Sundell at center and the tackle tandem of Charles Cross and Abraham Lucas has a shot at being Seattleās best offensive line in franchise history- and easily the first top-10 OL group since the 2005-06 team that included Pro Football Hall of Famers Walter Jones and Steve Hutchinson.
With Rutledgeās name as hot as it is right now, thereās worry that he might not even make it to No. 32, and McCoy might not slide that far either. If neither are there, Iād be looking at all options to trade back and acquire more draft capital. But I firmly believe those two players improve the Seahawksā chances of repeating more than any other options that are likely to be available.
The top prospects for the Seahawks' 32nd pick are Jermod McCoy and Keylan Rutledge.
Jermod McCoy is considered a top 10 talent in the draft, offering significant upside due to potential injuries affecting his draft position.
Keylan Rutledge is viewed as a canāt-miss upgrade that could help form a strong offensive line tandem with Grey Zabel, potentially making it one of the best in franchise history.
Austin Reaves is 'questionable' for game three against the Suns as Lakers lead series 2-0.
