Chauncey Wiggins is back on the market.
After one season at Florida State, the former Clemson basketball forward has entered the transfer portal again, according to CBS Sports. The 6-foot-10 big man is coming off the most productive year of his college career and should draw plenty of interest this cycle.
Wiggins took on a much larger role with the Seminoles during the 2025-26 season. He started 30 of 32 games and averaged 13.3 points while shooting nearly 48 percent from the field. His ability to stretch the floor also stood out, knocking down 38.7 percent of his attempts from three-point range. He added 3.9 rebounds per game while playing close to 28 minutes a night.
His best outing came late in the season, when he poured in 31 points during a win over SMU on March 7. Just a couple of weeks earlier, he made his return to Clemson and finished with seven points in Florida Stateâs road win.
Before heading to Tallahassee, Wiggins spent three seasons building his game with the Tigers. His role gradually expanded each year, highlighted by a junior campaign where he averaged over eight points per game and made 26 starts. He also played a key part during Clemsonâs run to the Elite Eight the season prior, appearing in every game and providing steady minutes off the bench and in the starting lineup.
Wigginsâ college career began in a limited role as a freshman, but his development over time turned him into a reliable contributor at the ACC level. Now, with another trip through the portal ahead, heâll look to carry that momentum into his next stop.
