Former Tennessee assistant named Titans' director, team operations
The Titans announced one hire and 17 promotions on their football staff Monday in the NFL. Nick Hardesty was named director, team operations for Tennessee.
He served as an assistant director of football operations (2020-21), graduate assistant for football operations (2018-20), football operations student assistant (2018), football recruiting operations student assistant (2017-18) and football recruiting operations student assistant (2014-17) with the Vols.
Hardesty has a master's of science in recreation and sport management from Tennessee.
The 2026 NFL season will mark the first for the Titans under head coach Robert Saleh. He is the 22nd head coach in franchise history.
The Titans also hired Shepley Heard as an area scout for the franchise.
