The Blues first host the Bees on Saturday 9 May at 17:30 (UK) before playing the Eagles at home on Wednesday 13 May at 20:00 (UK).
And FPL managers will be looking to boost their points tally at the business end of the campaign as the Club’s pursuit of the top-flight crown continues.

He has now registered an attacking return in three of City’s last four Premier League matches. In this period, Doku is the Blues’ joint most attacking player with four attacking returns and the top FPL scoring with 31 points.
In the last four gameweeks, the Belgium international has created eight chances, supplied nine crosses and had nine shots.
Igor Thiago (£7.4m) and Maxence Lacroix (£5.2m) are opponents Brentford and Palace’s form players.
Only Haaland has scored more goals in the Premier League this season than the Bees’ forward, whilse Lacroix is eighth for points scored amongst defenders this season.
