Neil El Aynaoui, who arrived at Roma last year from Lens for around €23 million, hasn’t found a place in Gian Piero Gasperini’s squad.

Despite expectations, the Moroccan midfielder has only started eight games this season, a performance he considers insufficient and which would push him to leave the capital in June.
