The 2026 NFL Draft saw FSU's Darrell Jackson Jr. selected by the New York Jets in the fourth round. Several other FSU players are expected to sign as undrafted free agents.
The 2026 NFL draft is complete, and just one FSU Seminole had his name called.
The New York Jets took defensive tackle Darrell Jackson Jr. in the fourth round of the draft. He is the 19th draft pick of the Mike Norvell era, and the Seminoles have had at least one player taken in every draft since 1983. He will join Azareye'h Thomas in New York, who the Jets took in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
With just one player getting drafted, FSU is expected to have several players sign with teams as undrafted free agents. While it can be tough to go undrafted, this gives players some control over where they wind up and can sometimes give them a better chance to make a roster than if they were taken in one of the final rounds.
Several former Seminoles have already signed with NFL teams or are expected to shortly. Here is a look at every former FSU player who is signing as an undrafted free agent. This list will be updated as more players sign.

White spent one season with the Seminoles, playing in 10 games and making five catches for 52 yards. He spent the first three years of his career with the Tennessee Volunteers and will likely look to use his experience as a punt returner to help make Chicago's roster
Darrell Jackson Jr. was the only FSU player drafted in the 2026 NFL Draft, selected by the New York Jets in the fourth round.
FSU has maintained a streak of having at least one player drafted every year since 1983, highlighting the program's consistent talent development.
Several former FSU players are expected to sign as undrafted free agents, with WR Squirrel White already signing with the Chicago Bears.
Being an undrafted free agent allows players more control over their team choice, potentially providing a better chance to make a roster than being picked in the later rounds.
