The Brew Crew themselves are coming off a three-game series win over the Marlins in Miami and have won four of their last five. However, the loss during that stretch came in their most recent game on Sunday — a 5-3 defeat to the Fish.
The Tigers enter the matchup ranked 11th in batting average (.245), 12th in on-base percentage (.326) and 15th in slugging (.381), which adds up to a 12th-ranked .707 OPS. On the mound, Detroit ranks seventh in ERA (3.41), ninth in WHIP (1.26) and seventh in batting average against (.226).
On Tuesday, right-hander Keider Montero takes the bump for the home team while the visitors have lefty Kyle Harrison toeing the rubber. Here is a look at how they match up.
