Gary Neville Issues Blunt Advice for Arsenal on Beating PSG
Arsenal are the only club standing in the way of PSG winning back-to-back UEFA Champions League titles. Moreover, the Parisians have been getting used to playing Premier League clubs and have, for the most part, gotten the edge over them.
In the semifinal tie against Bayern Munich, PSG showed they can play a high-scoring match, as in the first leg, and a low-scoring defensive effort, as in the return leg.
Meanwhile, the Gunners likely donât want to get into a high-scoring final, given that they might not have the offensive firepower to go toe-to-toe with Luis Enrique and his team. In their semifinal matchup, Arsenal scored only two goals over 180 minutes to advance past Atletico Madrid.

Despite not being the favorite in the final against the Ligue 1 side, Sky Sportsâ Gary Neville identified a couple of factors that could propel Arsenal to Champions League glory over PSG later this month.
âIn the Champions League final they need to think about their defensive ability and strength and think how they can over 90 minutes beat a team who are better than them,â Neville said (h/t ).

âBecause PSG are better than them, you canât get away from that. PSG are a better team than Arsenal right now and theyâve demonstrated that over the last two seasons.â
Moreover, Neville believes that Arsenal are riding a wave of momentum into this clash, as it appears they will win the Premier League title.
âArsenal have got such momentum now,â Neville noted. âThey beat Atletico Madrid, watched Man City drop points at Everton and then winning at West Ham in that way.
âWinning it that way is far more special that winning the game 3-0, youâd love to win games easily but those type of results build confidence, resilience and momentum. The Arsenal players should be in dreamland now, they should be unstoppable, nothing should be able to stop them now.â
