The 6-foot-3, 220-pound quarterback has ideal size. Armstrong is a three-sport athlete and plays high school football for Hopewell High School in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. He's currently unranked, but that's bound to change soon. In addition to football, Armstrong also plays baseball and basketball.

Armstrong posted 37 total touchdowns and three interceptions during his sophomore season. The Hopewell star had 2,350 passing yards and 760 rushing yards. He helped his team go 7-4 and missed four games.

The elite quarterback prospect has plenty of scholarship offers on the table. Some of Armstrong's top offers include the Penn State Nittany Lions, North Carolina Tar Heels, Ole Miss Rebels and Florida State Seminoles.

"Blessed to say that I’ve received a offer from the University of Georgia," Armstrong said via social media after getting an offer from Georgia and coach Brandon Streeter. Georgia already has a 2028 quarterback commitment from five-star Jayden Wade.
