There are as many as four Ohio State Buckeyes who could go in the top-10 picks of the 2026 NFL Draft.
The New York Giants could have as many as three to choose from at the No. 5 overall pick later this month.
The likelihood is that edge rusher Arvell Reese will be off the board.
Beyond that, though, WR Carnell Tate, LB Sonny Styles and S Caleb Downs could all still be available.
In the new mock draft put out Wednesday by ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr., that's the case, and he debates which guy the Giants should take.
In the end, Kiper has the Giants go with the generational safety talent Downs.
"If things fall this way, the Giants will have a tough call to make on three Ohio State prospects," Kiper writes. "I could see Carnell Tate as the team's No. 2 receiver opposite Malik Nabers. I could certainly see Sonny Styles quarterbacking the defense from the middle linebacker spot. But I keep coming back to what Downs could do from the back end of this secondary. Next to Jevon Holland, his incredible instincts would pop in this defense. Downs would be the first safety taken in the top five since Eric Berry went to the Chiefs in 2010, and he'd be worth it."

Kiper's mock actually has the Cowboys trading up to the No. 6 pick to take Styles right after.
Then he's got Tate going at No. 7 to the Washington Commanders.
It'd be quite the draft if the Buckeyes had four of the first seven picks, including a run of three in a row.
But that's what Ohio State does, and it seems like the Giants could be one of the beneficiaries.
The Giants are considering WR Carnell Tate, LB Sonny Styles, and S Caleb Downs for the 5th pick.
No, edge rusher Arvell Reese is expected to be off the board by the time the Giants make their selection.
