MISSOULA — Karley Allen went 4-for-4 and drove in three runs as Glacier scored nine runs in the first and defeated Missoula Hellgate 17-4 in Western AA softball Tuesday.
Allen crossed the plate four times as the Wolfpack had 17 hits and took advantage of six Hellgate errors.
Ava Grady had three hits and four RBIs for Glacier.
Olivia Warriner added three hits and an RBI while tossing two innings in the circle. She allowed one run on three hits and fanned five batters.
Chloe Farrell added three innings of work, giving up three runs on five hits. She struck out a pair.
The Wolfpack (7-0) capitalized on five walks and four hits to take a 9-0 lead in a first inning highlighted by Grady’s RBI double to right.
Warriner doubled in the second to drive in a run and help Glacier extend the lead to 12-1.
Ella Lambert went 2-for-3 for the Knights (0-2) and scored a pair of runs.
The game ended after five innings due to the run rule.
Glacier is back home Thursday with a duel against fellow unbeaten Missoula Sentinel at 5 p.m.
