Faulk should be an immediate rotational player for a Titans defensive end room that added Jermaine Johnson and returns second-year player Femi Oladejo.
The 6-foot-6, 276-pound defensive end was a three-year starter at Auburn.
The Titans acquired the No. 31 pick as well as the Nos. 69 and 165 overall picks to the Bills, giving up picks Nos. 35, 66 and 101 overall, per NFL Network.
