Homering off Baltimore Orioles starter Trevor Rodgers in the fourth and fifth innings Saturday, Cleveland Guardians third baseman joined an exclusive MLB fraternity.
The two-homer performance increased the 14-year major leaguer's career total to 291. Along with his 297 steals, Ramirez became the 11th member of the 290-290 club.
It seems like each time Rameriz steps on the field recently, he breaks another record.
On Wednesday, Ramirez snapped a 112-year record for most at-bats in franchise history, breaking a mark held by the iconic Nap Lajoie. On April 6, he became the first player in the organization to homer against 29 other MLB teams.

The two home runs increased Ramirez's organizational record of 28 career multi-home run games. His 138 homers at Progressive Field placed him in second place all-time, passing Earl Averill.
"Those are things nobody does," Paul Hoynes said on the Cleveland Baseball Talk podcast. "You know, we're lucky. We see one player like this in a lifetime. These guys just come along here."
Rameriz, who is hitting .342 with five homers in his past 11 games after a slow start, led the Guardians to an 8-4 win over the Baltimore Orioles on Sunday. The AL Central-leading Guardians (13-10) open a three-game series against the visiting on Monday.
