CLEVELAND āĀ The first-place GuardiansĀ are scheduled to complete a three-game seriesĀ against the last-place Minnesota Twins on Sunday, May 10, at Progessive Field.
TheĀ GuardiansĀ beat the Twins 6-4 Friday, May 8 and lost 2-1 in extra innings Saturday, May 9. These results occurred after the Guardians won four of seven games on their last road trip,Ā winning two out of threeĀ against the Athletics from May 1-3 andĀ splitting a four-game seriesĀ against the Royals from May 4-7.
This nine-game homestand for the Guardians continues with three games apiece against the Los Angeles Angels (May 11-13) and the Cincinnati Reds (May 15-17).
