Brian Campbell had an intriguing time at The Masters to say the least, producing an impressive top 25 finish.
Campbell was one of six players to finish T24 at Augusta National, alongside Matt McCarty, Adam Scott, Sam Stevens, Chris Gotterup and Michael Brennan.
The American carded rounds of 71, 73, 69 and 73, finishing on two-under in a week to remember at The Masters.
And he can take further pride from topping the entire 54-strong field that made the cut in one key area.
At Augusta National, Campbell hit 103 putts over his 72 holes, the lowest of any player.
He finished his week with a 1.43 average on the greens, with Collin Morikawa coming closest to him with 108 putts, an average of 1.50.
Rory McIlroy was joint third with his average of 1.54 (111 putts), with the champion joined on that figure by Hideki Matsuyama and Marco Penge.
And intriguingly, among those who made the cut, Campbell also finished the event as the shortest player off the tee.
He recorded an average driving distance of 279.62 yards, which, when compared with the entire 91 starters, was ahead of only veterans Fred Couples, Vijay Singh, Mike Weir and Jose Maria Olazabal.

Campbell was making just his second career start at The Masters, having finished T32 on debut this time last year.
But it was his 10th start of a busy 2026 PGA Tour season, in which he’s made just three cuts.
Remarkably, despite the clear challenges at Augusta, Campbell has just produced his best performance of the season to date.
The American managed to go all the way at two events last season, winning both the Mexico Open and the John Deere Classic.
The 33-year-old has now made 58 starts in his PGA Tour career, from which he has made 23 cuts, claimed two wins and earned $3,889,622 in prize money.
Currently ranked exactly 100th in the Official World Golf Ranking, Campbell is in the field for this week’s RBC Heritage.
