In a meet that said everything about this program, the girls powered past Silver Lake 75–61 nearly matching the boys score of 76-60 for a shared victorious moment across the program. The boys improved to 2-0 with the road victory on April 16. It was the first win of the year for the Harborwomen, who lost to Plymouth North in the other.
You could feel it all afternoon; energy, depth, and a real belief in each other. The Harborwomen ran, jumped, and threw for 52 personal bests. Every event. Every point earned. Maddie Everett led with a PR win in the 400m hurdles. Lindsey McManus captured the 100m, with Ellie Truong adding a strong third.
The distance runners dominated in their events. Maggie Towle won the mile, with Alexandra Mildrum capturing third. The 800m was a clean sweep. Meghan Koenen first with a PR time, backed by Caroline MacDonald and Ally Mildrum.
Sprints and relays also brought a spark to the meet. The 4x100 (Lindsey McManus, Ellie Bellew, Martina Misdea, Ellie Truong) took first. In the sprints, Graham Carlson led with a PR win in the 100m, with Michael Blackwood taking third with a PR. Carlson also captured the 200m, with Blackwood again placing third. In the 400m, Kwaku Oppong took second and Jahbriel Johnson added third.
Distance brought steady points. Tommy Simpson placed second in the 800m, followed by Brendan O’Neil in third. Travis O’Neil delivered a PR for second in the mile, with Gavin Anderson also hitting a PR for third. The pair returned in the 2-mile to take second and third once again.
Hurdles set the tone with a dominant 1–2 finish in the 110m hurdles from Tristan Campbell (PR) and Nolan McManus. Lundon Jackson powered to a PR win in the 400m hurdles, with McManus adding another third-place finish.
The 4x100 relay team of Jack Griffiths, Tristan Campbell, JJ Johnson and Lundon Jackson raced to a first-place finish.
In the field, Owen Bernard swept both shot put and discus. Zach Wong added a second-place finish in javelin. Tristan Campbell took first in the high jump, with Finn Collins placing third.
