After taking Spencer Fano at pick No. 9, the Browns took WR KC Concepcion at pick No. 24, which Cleveland had thanks to the Travis Hunter trade last year. Concepcion wasn't one of the top-tier wide receivers available, but his did go in the first round as expected.

Concepcion had a career-high 919 receiving last year at Texas A&M while leading the Big 12 with nine receiving touchdowns. While Concepcion has had some drop issues in his career, many analysts believe that is a fixable issue for him.
The Browns top wide receiver is currently Jerry Jeudy, who had just 602 receiving yards in 17 games last year. Cleveland also employs depth options like Cedric Tillman, Isaiah Bond and Malachi Corley, so the team needed to add another wide receiver.
Therefore, Concepcion should play immediately on an offense that needs playmakers. Concepcion also has special teams experience as a returner, which shows that his explosiveness can translate in a variety of areas on the field.
| WR | WR | WR | |
| First team | Jerry Jeudy | Cedric Tillman | KC Concepcion |
| Second team | Malachi Corley | Jamari Thrash | Isaiah Bond |
| Third Team | Gage Larvadain | Luke Floriea | Tylan Wallace |
| Fourth team | Isaiah Wooden |
The Browns don't have a true No. 1 wide receiver, but Jeudy is the best of the bunch. Jeudy had a career-high 1,229 receiving yards in 2024 with the Browns, but his production was cut in half with a disappointing 2025.
Besides Jeudy, Cedric Tillman and Isaiah Bond are the other starting-caliber receivers already on the team. Tillman had just 270 receiving yards in 13 games last year, while Bond produced 338 receiving yards in 16 games of his rookie season.
Therefore, Concepcion will join those four wide receivers as the primary players on the wide receiver depth chart. Cleveland's leading receiver was tight end Harold Fannin, who had 731 receiving yards in his rookie year.
The rest of the Browns' depth chart is full of depth pieces. Corley and Larvadain had 79 and 71 receiving yards, respectively, last year, while Tylan Wallace joins the team after five years with the Ravens. Those players will battle it out for the final roster spots in training camp.
