Huddersfield Town chief executive Jake Edwards has left the club by mutual consent.
Edwards joined the Terriers in the summer of 2023 after eight years as the president of the United Soccer League in the USA.
"I would like to thank Kevin Nagle for putting his trust in me to lead this historic club over the last three seasons, which has been a tremendous honour," he told the club website.
"The club is well positioned for an exciting future with much more to come."
Jake Edwards left Huddersfield Town by mutual consent, though specific reasons for his departure were not disclosed.
Before joining Huddersfield Town, Jake Edwards served as the president of the United Soccer League for eight years.
