The Blues are once again looking for another head coach following the sacking of Liam Rosenior last month, who lasted less than four months in charge.
Rosenior was the second head coach to leave Chelsea this season following the departure of Enzo Maresca in January.
Calum McFarlane has been placed in interim charge for the remainder of the season, whilst the sporting directors conduct the process of finding a new head coach.
Thereâs believed to be seven or eight names under consideration, with Andoni Iraola said to be an early front runner.
Marco Silva and Xabi Alonso are thought to be other names of interest, although itâs been reported Chelsea wonât rush into a decision.
Ideally fans would like to see a big name, and Chelsea need someone who will command the respect of the dressing room from day one.
Whether the Blues can attract the calibre of head coach they need remains to be seen, but Solhekol believes they can.
âI still think big name managers will want to manage Chelsea and they can attract the kind of manager that they need this summer,â he told Sky Sports.
