New England has Drake Maye and Tommy DeVito locked in as the starter and backup, but the Patriots still could add a developmental quarterback. Ahead of the NFL Draft, Patriots insider Chad Graff of The Athletic links the team to selecting UConn Huskies quarterback Joe Fagnano.
