Iowa kicker Drew Stevens has received an invite to the NFL rookie minicamp with the Washington Commanders. He was the starting kicker for the Iowa Hawkeyes from 2022 to 2025, achieving an 80% success rate on field goals.

The special teams pipeline is continuing for Iowa in the kicking game now, as well. Drew Stevens, who owned the starting kicking duties for the Hawkeyes for four years from 2022 to 2025, has earned an invite to a rookie minicamp.
Stevens received a rookie minicamp invite from the Washington Commanders, where he will look to show his abilities and earn a roster spot.
The native of North Augusta, South Carolina, and product of North Augusta High School carved out quite a career for the Iowa Hawkeyes. During his tenure, he appeared in 53 games, going 76-95 (80%) on field goal attempts, with a long of 58 yards.
Stevens was 28-29 from 20-29 yards, 16-18 from 30-39 yards, 20-29 from 40-49 yards, and 12-19 from beyond 50 yards. He was 124-126 (98.4%) on extra points. Stevens has four walk-off field goals in his career to go with the record of most made field goals in Iowa history.
Drew Stevens earned All-Big Ten honors during each of his four seasons with the Hawkeyes.
